Changes to Student Learning Programs (9/2/20)

To ensure continuity of learning and maintenance of socially distanced classroom settings, protocol to change a student’s learning program has been established.  Once the school year begins, a request to change from an  “All Virtual” to “Hybrid/Virtual” program will only be considered after administrative review pursuant to the timelines listed below:

• Elementary- A request made in writing to the building principal at least 10 days before the start of the Trimester.
• Middle/High School-A request made in writing to the building principal at least 10 days before the start of the marking period.
• Changes from “Hybrid/Virtual” to “All Virtual” will be made on a rolling basis with a request made in writing to the building principal.
